The Chillout Lounge Mix - Stella Polaris

Delighted to have a new collaboration with the biggest chillout festival in the world, Stella Polaris (Denmark) and their sublime music label. This is a proud definitive pinnacle moment for me and I urge all my listeners to go deeper, listen to the label and join me in Denmark Saturday 21st June in the gorgeous gardens of Frederiksberg Have where I’ve been invited to DJ. I’ll be drawing from all my podcasts which are a personal diary of my life along with some quality new music as always. It was a delight to do this mix and create a story highlighting the amazing variety and great vibes Stella Polaris Music label has. There are so many more stunning tracks for you to hear on the label which I know you will love. The event is free, bring your own food and drink, but also buy a few drinks from the bar to celebrate with me and so I can get invited back next year hopefully :-)

The way I built up this whole podcast was by concentrating on single artists or labels music all in one episode as in this one. A highlights reel of their music made into a story. I’ve done this recently with my own music and it’s been extremely liberating.

Being invited to collaborate and DJ at this amazing event, be involved with their label is very exciting indeed. I have said out loud a few times that the reason I’m on this planet is music. Over a decade of following the dream has actually turned out better than I could have possibly imagined. All my other dreams and goals have been mostly underwhelming when reached but I’ve learnt to enjoy the journey, appreciate the small things on the way and keep changing the dream / goal posts.

The label music has an underlying grooving pulse as well as the variety, and a special occasion vibe!

I have found the U.K very positive change after living in Ibiza, and producing music has been the best here. I start my days in nature, fresh air, walking, running, biking with a special dog which gets me into a flowstate easily, perfect for doing all things music afterwards. A huge thank you to Peter (Jupiter Pulse) who was there for me and my loved ones under the most difficult times and has supported me in so many ways, a true friend. I’m fortunate enough to have a place to make music with friends in Ibiza which I’m very excited about. To have a safe, welcome space, a studio expert I can learn from and have fun with at the same time is another pinnacle dream moment. I’ve found trauma / resistance forge the strongest relationships and can give you superpowers sometimes…

If you keep on pushing through there is music at the end of the tunnel.

It’s all about fun for me for now, humour a top priority, flow states will always be my way, if we favour creativity, connection and love it will change the world for the better. I want to dance through life, surf through strife, catch the music wave, starting in Frederiksberg Have. Stella Polaris Music Festival for me, it’s where I want to be, join me there for pure joy and a nice cup of tea.
